What we collect and why. When you order, we process your name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number and order details to fulfil the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep invoices and order records for the periods required by German tax and commercial law, usually up to 10 years (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). If you contact us, we use your message only to reply.

Newsletter. We only send marketing emails if you actively opt in (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

Cookies. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the shop and checkout are always set. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set with your consent through the cookie banner, which you can withdraw at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25 TDDDG).

Who receives your data. Our shop is hosted by Shopify International Ltd., Dublin, Ireland. Payments are handled by our payment service providers, who receive the data needed to process your payment. Your name, address, phone number and email go to the carrier (DHL or another postal service) for delivery. For shipments outside the EU, customs authorities receive the details required for export. Where data is transferred outside the EU, this is based on an adequacy decision or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights. You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing, and to withdraw any consent with effect for the future. Just email us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Unabhängiges Landeszentrum für Datenschutz Schleswig Holstein, Kiel.
