The Inanna Stacking Vessel by Utopia & Utility is a graceful fusion of handblown glass and hand-turned wood, embodying both functionality and artistry. Named after the ancient Mesopotamian goddess associated with love, beauty, justice, and political power, Inanna captures the essence of feminine strength and elegance.

The vessel can be disassembled into a curvy glass vase and a small wooden container, offering versatility in use and display. Assembled in Germany, Inanna exemplifies Utopia & Utility's commitment to blending traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design.

Inanna is blown in a wooden mould, allowing it to take on it curvaceous body.

Mould making

Each wooden mould is turned into a solid wood block. This is kept wet to protect it from burning and allow for a fine layer of fumes to form between wood and glass.
