Tribe - Weaving with Feathers

Our tribe collection is made at the utopia studio in Germany.

For each piece a rattan base is woven on top of the glass vase, both fitting it to the diameter as well as following the curves the design is intended to extend. The glass merges with the organic rattan base which is ornamented with light and colourful feathers, giving contrast to the heavy glass.

All pieces are unique and are delicate artworks which can be used as flower vases (ideally for dried flowers).

The feathers are resilient to water and flexible to pressure , while also being extremely light and fragile, bringing a beautiful contrast to the solid glass.
